Took my daughter to Dr. Murphy on a referral from our dentist for wisdom teeth extraction. Having never met Dr. Murphy or his staff- we were nervous - especially because this was her first experience with anesthesia and surgery.
From the moment we walked in the door, everyone was kind and the atmosphere was calm. The nurses and Dr. Murphy spent about 30 minutes with us explaining the procedure, aftercare, and answering any questions we had. The aftercare items and information was top notch!! We received everything we needed for aftercare as well as a VERY detailed paper explaining what we needed to do and to look out for after surgery. They allowed me to go back with my daughter while they prepped her and let me stay until she was asleep. They also followed up with us a couple days later to check in.
Overall, I was extremely impressed with everyone and our experience. I would 100% use Dr. Murphy again in the future if needed!
Dr Murphy and his staff are professional and made me feel comfortable and cared for. I would highly recommend them.
I had a tooth extraction today with Dr. Murphy and I was so pleasantly surprised by the professionalism of his staff as well as Dr. Murphy himself. They explained everything so well and gave me clear instructions so I was very prepared when I got home how I needed to proceed. He made sure I had medication that I would need including pain medication and I really appreciated that. If I need any more treatment that he offers, I’m definitely going back to his office. I highly recommend this practice .
Had an excellent experience having my wisdom teeth removed. The entire staff was friendly, helpful, and professional at every step of the process. The surgery itself went fast and the quality of pre- and post-op care was very impressive.
Both of my children have been here for their wisdom teeth extractions. I feel they were both in great hands and would highly recommend! The entire staff is very welcoming and compassionate. Very professional and thorough. My children were treated with kindness and the doctor was very attentive, addressing their concerns and answering their questions, and spoke directly to them to address any fears or concerns they had which helped relieve their anxiety. Everything was very well organized and explained so clearly. We left feeling like we knew exactly what to expect. The procedure was quick and with no complications. I would return if I ever needed these services again and will be referring anyone I know in the future! Thank you!
Murphy OMS staff were all great. Very professional. Explained everything very clearly. My sons wisdom teeth extraction were very smooth.
I got my wisdom teeth taken out in October of last year, and was extremely nervous to do so. It was my first surgery and first time being under anesthesia. However, Dr. Murphy and the staff were extremely understanding and supportive about everything I expressed. I felt very at ease and more peaceful about the process. The surgery went smoothly and I recovered quickly thanks to them! Thank you Dr. Murphy and staff!!
Loved how attentive the staff was to my daughter. Surgery was quick and they called later to check on her. I would recommend, Dr Murphy did a wonderful job explaining how to take care of her sockets moving forward. Thanks so much
